Refund policy
At HARMA, we want you to feel completely confident in every purchase. We hope you'll love your pieces for years to come — but if something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for a Return or Exchange
To qualify, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The jewelry must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted on special order items
- Gift returns with a receipt may only be exchanged, not refunded
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser
- Damaged items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days — proof of purchase and photos of the damage must be submitted via email before the return can be processed
- After 30 days from the date of delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange of any kind
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited in the same form as your original payment. Please allow up to 15 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Only the cost of the returned item(s) will be credited.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Pack Your Order
Place your item back in its original packaging, making sure it's secure and protected. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition to qualify. -
Proof of Purchase
Have your order confirmation or receipt ready. If your item arrived damaged, include clear photos of the damage — this helps us resolve things quickly for you. -
